Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@covewater.com

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Order cancellations may be subject to a 3% fee deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable transaction and processing fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your item and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing timeframe.
