Shipping locations

Covewater ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.

Order processing

Orders generally ship within 1 to 4 business days of purchase. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery depends on your location, the shipping method and the items ordered.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimated shipping date when one is reasonably available and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. No cancellation fee applies in this situation.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and promptly refund the unfulfilled items and their applicable shipping charges.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated in your cart before you complete your purchase. Boards and other oversized items have different shipping rates from standard merchandise.

Store pickup

Store pickup is available without shipping or preparation fees. Please contact us before collecting your order to confirm it is ready.
