Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Covewater Paddle Surf website (the "Service") operated by Covewater Paddle Surf ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, payment information, and shipping information.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. All efforts will be made for prompt delivery within the estimated window, but Covewater Paddle Surf is not responsible for unexpected delays.

Cancellation
Covewater Paddle Surf reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will notify you if any such cancellation occurs and will refund any payment you have made for the canceled order.

Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@covewater.com.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
